As a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, Judy has developed a diverse skill set through her extensive experience. She is proficient in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, and pregnancy massage.
Specializing in pre- and postnatal care, Judy provides tailored therapy to support individuals through every stage of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. She is also trained in cupping therapy, which can be incorporated into treatments to further enhance their effectiveness when requested.
Judy’s approach is centered on understanding each patient’s unique needs and creating a therapeutic experience that promotes relaxation, healing, and overall well-being.
